Kyvivre is the city in the limelight, as it hosted both the World Hit and WorldVision straight after one another – however, in Normandy and Picardy, there was much more elation than other countries. Quite the unexpected win (According to odds, and even the Normand Broadcaster!) , Normandy and Picardy won 8.3% of the vote. Putting this in to perspective, Mini Surrey North (who won with a 17 point gap in WV47) won 8.5% of the total votes to gain 139 points.
Normandy and Picardy’s Susanne Felludan sang the song, “Free” and won with a small total of 87 points. The contest had its lowest amount of participants in WorldVision’s modern history, yet the quality of entries were much higher than standard competitions. In second place was the host, who (according to odds from the nation) was expecting its third win thanks to the aura of winning in Quickenden WV41 on home turf. Finishing behind is Izmedu, with only a point difference between itself and Britonisea. Ultimaversian nations finished the top 5 as Arioslavia and Estogium gain 73 and 72 points respectively with Estogium winning the tie.
