In only six editions, Britonisea has once again won the WorldVision Song Contest with a 17 point lead. A big lead that hasn’t been seen in the contest for a long time. Ekoz, once again, finished second and for the second time, finishing second to Britonisea! Other countries who did well include Kalosia, who were favourites from the start and Todlichebujoku missed out on 4th place as Normandy and Picardy received 101 points. Returners, Kishrael, managed to scooped a respectable 93 points. Ardoki came last with 10 points. BVC has announced their content with the hosting of Ekoz and the result – however, it hasn’t been revealed on whether the nation will bid.

Firstly, we would like to say that Bloodbath Generation has been taken off the list which means that there are only 29 participating nations this edition – quite short from previous editions. Nations like Polkopia have therefore withdrew from this contest to not face a fine like the one Bloodbath Generation is facing. It looks like an interesting scoreboard. The nations with the dirtiest lyrics or infamously known are in 27th and 28th place. Ekoz is quite late in the running order which could see this as an advantage for them – especially on home soil. Britonisea is sandwiched between two songs which has a tempo change or some kind of change. Estogium starts the contest off with a strong song though this is rapidly followed by Mister X’s song which could cancel each other out while confusingly, Kalosia and Kishrael follow each other. Todlichebujoku follows Antahbrantahstan and is before The Sarian and because of this, it could change a lot of things – Todlichebujoku’s song is very different in comparison to those two. Adab looks like they’re not in a great position as it is sandwiched between Normandy and Picardy and Morning Mountain – who is followed by Titaniumland. Rejistania and Lymantatia end the WorldVision Song Contest which could help them both.
Orostan with the broadcasters ORN, was looking to debut to the WorldVision Song Contest in Ekoz, however, they were too late as they had missed the deadline. Many nation delegations across the multiverse expressed their disappointment and regret that Orostan can’t compete but, they have said to try again for the 48th WorldVision Song Contest.

“Ask me no questions, and I won’t tell lies.” I call touche! Talvezout’s ever changing artists have come to an end as Grezzja has been announced the nation’s representative in WorldVision 47! Grezzja went on to say;
But seriously, the performance is going to be a more stripped down thing; compared to how the previous Talvezian entries have been more, um, gimmicky I guess? We’re going for a simple but effective performance.

Okay, so whether this is WorldVision news or not, it’s worth commenting on. The WorldVision 47 rep. for Normandy and Picardy will be hosting the 24th World Hit Festival in Caen later this month! She said this during the Pre-Party in Junterapten.
WorldVision and WHF aren’t conflicting this year, so it means I can host the show. I’ll also be the interval act, singing “Bigu”, and will be involved in the Opening Act. I told you I had a busy schedule! I have to go and film the opening sequence for WHF in a few days, and then its rehearsals for both WHF and WorldVision. If I’m still alive by the end of all this I’ll be lucky. And I don’t want to give too much away, but I may or may not be involved in WorldVision next year as well…
Well, we will be keeping up her progress in both the World Hit and WorldVision
